(10) While playing the game one umpire stands behind the stumps at the bowler’s end of the pitch and the other umpire stands at square leg, after each over, both keep changing their positions.

(11) Catch – If the batsman hits the ball with the bat and then the ball is caught in the air (without tapping the ground) by a fielder of the fielding team, it is called a catch, it is considered as batsman out.

(12) Run out – If the batsman is not in his crease line, and if the ball is hit on the stump by the bowling team player, then the batsman is considered run out.

(13) Time out – If a batsman is out, and if the other batsman does not come in the field within 2 minutes, then time out is given.

(14) Bowled – It is considered bowled if the bowler hits the wicket with the ball and the wicket falls or if the bail placed on the wicket falls.

(15) Hit wicket – If the batsman falls the stumps or bails on the stumps from the bat or any of his body parts, then he gets hit wicket and the batsman is out.

(16) Stumped – When a ball is missed (fired empty) by the batsman and he is outside the crease, and then if the wicketkeeper hits on the stump, then the batsman is considered out.

(17) Catch – If a batsman hits the ball with the bat and the fielder of opposing team catches the ball without being previously touched to ground, then it is Catch Out and the batsman is considered out.

(18) Madden over – The over in which batting team cannot take a single run is called maiden over.
